No ranking or results guarantee
Search engines and advertising platforms control rankings, ad delivery and costs. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads or revenue. Case studies and testimonials describe individual results that may not be typical.
Free audit
Our free audit is provided without obligation. Recommendations are based on information available at the time and on publicly accessible data about your website.
Ownership
Once paid in full, you own the website design, content and assets we create for you. Accounts such as your domain, hosting, analytics and ad accounts are held in your name. Third-party software, themes and stock assets remain subject to their own licences.
Payments and terms
Monthly plans have a 90-day first term, then continue month to month with 30 days' written notice to cancel. Ad spend is paid directly by you to the advertising platforms.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, with venue in the courts of the City of Manila.
